The annual general membership meeting of the Windings Maintenance Corporation will take place on Monday, December 7th, beginning at 7pm. This year the meeting will be held in the meeting room of the Spring City Restaurant, located next to the Mobil station on the corner of Silvernail and Grandview Blvd.
All residents of the Windings subdivision will receive a mailing about a month prior to the meeting containing a proxy voting postcard, proposed 2016 budget and meeting agenda. The proxy card will contain the ballot for the WMC board election and the approval of the 2016 budget. Each proxy card will have a $.35 stamp affixed to it, so please take the time to fill it out and place it in the mail even if you plan on attending the meeting in person.
The WMC serves the 339 property owners residing in the Windings of Pebble Valley subdivision located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The subdivision is legally known as "Pebble Valley Addition #2."
