The annual meeting of the Windings Maintenance Corp. took place on December 7th at the Spring City Restaurant. A small group of homeowners and 103 proxy voters approved the proposed 2016 budget and reelected the Board members to another term.
The annual assessment will remain $120 for the third consecutive year, thanks to new three year contracts from Blaze Landscaping for lawn care, snow removal and fertilization which feature slight increases.
A mailing will be sent out near New Year's Day that will include the minutes of the annual meeting as well as the invoice for the 2016 assessment which will be due on January 31st.
The WMC serves the 339 property owners residing in the Windings of Pebble Valley subdivision located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The subdivision is legally known as "Pebble Valley Addition #2."
