Invoices for the 2015 calendar year were mailed on December 29th to all Windings property owners. The mailing also contains the minutes from the December 1st annual meeting. The assessment, used to fund snow removal, lawn care, tree maintenance and other items on the 22 acres of common property throughout the subdivision, will remain $120, the same as last year.
The $120 assessment is due December 31st.
The WMC serves the 339 property owners residing in the Windings of Pebble Valley subdivision located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The subdivision is legally known as "Pebble Valley Addition #2."
