A small group of homeowners joined the WMC Board members and Atty. John Raasch on December 1st at the West Wood Fitness Center to conduct the annual WMC meeting. The Board members were reelected and the 2015 budget was approved by a vote of those attending and by proxy vote.
The 2015 assessment will remain $120. Invoices and minutes of the meeting will be sent to each homeowner around January 1 with the payment due on January 31.
The WMC serves the 339 property owners residing in the Windings of Pebble Valley subdivision located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The subdivision is legally known as "Pebble Valley Addition #2."
