Crews to Begin Repaving Rolling Ridge DR in May


As early as May, 2020, the City of Waukesha will be starting a repaving project along Rolling Ridge Drive and the adjacent courts.  This will be a significant project that will be quite disruptive but the end result will be worth it.  Besides the repaving of  the street, the City plans to replace all of the culverts that currently run underneath Rolling Ridge from Devonshire CT down to University DR..  This will result in the removal and replacement of the split rail fencing at several locations.

Below is the list of improvements that will be coordinated by the City of Waukesha's project engineer, Craig Ausen.

  • Resurfacing of Rolling Ridge Drive from Meadowbrook Road to Woodridge Dr
  • Resurfacing of Woodridge Drive from Meadowbrook Road to Rolling Ridge Dr
  • Full depth pavement replacement of Rolling Ridge Dr from Woodridge Drive to University Dr
  • Resurfacing of the following cul-de-sacs
    • Dartmoor
    • Plymouth
    • Faringdon
    • Lancaster
    • Devonshire
    • Wellington
    • Turnberry
    • Aberdeen
    • Yorkshire
This project will also include upsizing the existing culvert crossings from Devonshire Ct to University Dr. Existing split rail fence will be removed and replaced as part of the project.
