Unfortunately, the cover letter from last year, dated December 28, 2013, was used in this year's mailing which was prepared with help of most Board members and a volunteer. The letter was folded and its content out of view as we prepared the mailing and none of us caught the error until after the letters were mailed. We apologize for the oversight.

Dear Neighbors:
Enclosed you will find the minutes of the annual WMC
membership meeting and your invoice for the 2015 assessment. This assessment is used to fund the lawn
care, tree maintenance and snow removal for the 21 acres of common property
here in the Windings subdivision.
Following the approval of the 2015 budget at the December 1st
annual meeting, the assessment for 2015 will remain $120 and is due on January
31st. Your prompt payment to
the above address (PO Box 5001, Waukesha 53187) will be appreciated. You
will save us time if you write your lot number on your check’s memo line (see
“Customer ID” on your invoice).
This past year the WMC Board was faced with a number of
unexpected expenses with the removal of downed or diseased trees and the
replacement of split rail fencing along Rolling Ridge Drive. On a positive note, we have completed the
first full growing season for the prairie garden located on the outlot between
University Drive and Bristol Court and look forward to the results of
additional wildflower seeding done last October.
Below are some items the WMC Board and I would like to share
with you.
- Outlot (“Common Property”) Reminders:
No motorized vehicles are allowed
on the outlots.
Please pick up after your dog!
Commercial advertising or
political signs are not permitted on the outlots.
- Address: Please let us know if there are any errors in your address listed on your invoice.
- Exterior Lamp Post: Is your light working? Check it today and please replace your bulb, if necessary.
